Description
This f1 hybrid variety of tomato (lycopersicon esculentum) has determinate plant characteristic. Plant shows a wonderful vigour with excellent fruit setting in long cluster of fruits. Oval shaped, thick wall, firm red fruit with green calyx weighing about 90~100 grams are widely adaptable to open field cultivation practise. Firm fruits are ready for harvesting in 65-70 days of transplanting. This variety is suitable for fresh market as well as for processing purposes. Firmness of fruit makes it suitable for long distance transportation to market. Mamta777 is tolerant to bacterial wilt, tomato mosaic virus, tomato yellow leaf curl virus, fusarium1 and st. Average fruit size is 6. 5cm x 5cm.
