Graphitic Steel Rolls

These are special alloy Steel Rolls which have been developed for intermediate and finishing stands for medium & heavy section Mills. The microstructure consists of pearlite, carbide and precipitated graphite, which acts to improve wear-resistance and hardness. These rolls are ideal for Mills having problems of firecracking.

Applications: Intermediate and Finishing Stands of all section Mills and structural Mills, as per requirement they can also be used for Roughing Mills.rolls for slabbing and blooming mills.
