Book your hotel room

When you book your hotel room, you should be honest about the amount of people who will be occupying the hotel room. For example, if you book a queen sized room for two, it would be inappropriate to squeeze two other guests into that room in an effort to save money. It is dishonest and should be avoided at all costs. If two rooms are required for four guests, then that is what should be specified at the time of booking. Some hotels charge a per person rate, so it would be robbing them of business if you claimed just one room was required for two guests. A complimentary breakfast that has been provided as part of your hotel stay should only be consumed for breakfast. "Complimentary" does not mean filling extra plates full of fruit, yogurt, and meat and bread so that you can prepare lunch for later. If you and a family member do not eat breakfast at the same time while you are staying at the hotel, ask permission to make up a plate to take to them when they wake up, but do not hoard food for later meals.
