Mango Fruit

These concentrates are freeze-dried fruits that are processed using a refrigerated vacuum drier that retains the natural color, flavor, and active ingredients. They are brighter in color than the fruit powders because they do not have the food grade matrix to keep them flowable. When exposed to air they will quickly get sticky. Keeping them in a closed, sealed, opaque container between uses will help keep this from happening.

Mango pulp & specially Pineapple concentrate are made from organic raw materials. Our pineapple concentrates are from Indian state Tripura where no fertilizers are used for cultivation.
